Dr. Chiappa is a licensed psychologist and joined the PAGS team in 2019. She provides evaluation, consultation, parent guidance, brief treatment, and referral guidance for the children, adolescents, and families of PAGS.
She earned her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from William James College (formerly the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology) in 2014. She received predoctoral training in the Division of Pediatric Psychosocial Oncology at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Boston Children's Hospital, and at Riverbend Community Mental Health in Concord, NH where she trained in Adult & Pediatric Primary Care at Concord Family Health Center and in rural community mental health in Franklin, NH.
Dr. Chiappa was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Justice Resource Institute - Metrowest Behavioral Health Center in Acton, MA where she worked principally with children and families in the evaluation and treatment of acute and developmental trauma.
Dr. Chiappa enjoys outdoor fun with her family, especially skiing, hiking, and beach trips.
