Office and Phone Hours

Regular office hours for appointments are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. --  Monday - Friday.

Phone lines are open  Monday - Friday: 7 a.m - 5 p.m, Saturday & Sunday:  8 a.m - noon

Our office is open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 8 a.m. - noon for URGENT care and a number of providers will schedule physicals on Saturdays and Sundays for your convenience.

If you need to call our office after hours listed above, your call will connect to a nurse and ,if needed, a physician for triage until 7 a.m.

After Hours Services

Medical services are available to our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for emergencies and urgent health concerns. If your child is sick or has a medical problem and you are not sure if it can wait until regular office hours, please call us at any time. Even when we are closed, you should call our office at 978-745-3050.

After hour appointments are available outside of regular business hours based on the needs of our patients.

When you call after regular office hours, our answering service will send your message to the on-call doctor or nurse, who can answer any questions and tell you what to do if your child needs to be seen immediately. A doctor is always on call if the nurse has any questions or needs assistance.

Well Visits

To schedule a routine, well child appointment, please call us during regular office hours.  PAGS encourages regular well child visits for all of our patients.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. There may be paperwork or other administrative items that need to be taken care of prior to the visit.

Sick Visits

If you call during office hours because your child is sick, you will either have a sick visit scheduled or you may be transferred to your Care Team voicemail.

We always try to schedule sick visits the same day they are requested. Because of this, there may be occasional delays when emergencies arise if there are more same day sick visits than usual. We apologize for any delays you may experience as a result of this, and we appreciate your understanding.

As summer activities increase for children, so do sprained ankles, wrists, etc.  Below are videos that show how to safely wrap a sprain with an ace bandage until you can be seen by your medical provider:

Congratulations to Dr. Campbell, Dr. D'Souza, Dr. Jalali and Dr. Mandell for being voted top pediatricans in Northshore Magazine (2017 & 2018).  We have a great team at PAGS!
Dr. Campbell wrote a blog about talking with your children about tragic events happening in the U.S. and worldwide. Please read it if you are looking for information related to discussing these difficult topics.
