To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule all visits.
If you are later than 10 minutes for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule, or perhaps offer an appointment to you with another provider.
Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may be forced to ask you to reschedule your appointment.
All visits require an appointment except in the case of an emergency. Unfortunately, we are unable to see your child if you walk in without an appointment. We will ask you to return later in the day when the schedule allows.

If you call during office hours because your child is sick, you will either have a sick visit scheduled or you may be transferred to your Care Team voicemail.
We always try to schedule sick visits the same day they are requested. Because of this, there may be occasional delays when emergencies arise if there are more same day sick visits than usual. We thank you for your patience if you experience a delay as a result of this, and we appreciate your understanding.
