Founded in 1977 by Ayres T. D'Souza, M.D., M.P.H., Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem, Inc. (PAGS) is an independent pediatric group. Our board certified physicians are here to provide your children and adolescents with high quality healthcare every day of the year. We provide general and preventative care to all patients, including those with special and chronic needs.
Medical care at PAGS begins with each patient's Primary Health Care Team. Each team is directed by a Pediatrician and consists of Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Administrative Assistants. During regular office hours, patients are always under the care of the same team, or "Medical Home." This team approach ensures that every patient receives the most personalized, evidence-based, coordinated care available.
