Taylor Chace-Myers is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who joined PAGS in 2025. A native of Hopkinton, MA, Taylor earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Northeastern University and her Master’s in Nursing from Regis College.
With 16 years of ICU experience at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Taylor has honed her clinical skills and developed a unique ability to build a strong rapport with patients and families. A pivotal moment in her career came during the Boston Marathon Bombing, where she played a key role in the life-saving medical response, providing both physical and psychological care to trauma patients. Her extensive background in critical care allows her to approach complex mental health challenges with skill and empathy, ensuring each patient receives the comprehensive care they need.
Taylor is certified to assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of mental health conditions in children, adolescents, and adults, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD. She specializes in delivering holistic, evidence-based care to her young patients. Her goal is to nurture both the mind and body by addressing the unique needs of each child and family, fostering a supportive, compassionate environment for healing and growth. With a deep commitment to listening, understanding, and treating the whole person, she works collaboratively with families to create individualized care plans that promote emotional, psychological, and developmental well-being.
Taylor has lived on the North Shore for many years with her husband and three young children. She enjoys hiking with her family, coaching her children’s sports teams, and relaxing with a good book in her free time.
